Recipe:
Combine in a blender: 1/2 cup apple juice, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup mango, 1/2 cup pineapple.
Add to the blender: 1 tbsp trilogy mix, a sprig of mint, oregano, lemon balm & stevia and a few leaves of basil & bee balm.
Add 2 dates (pitted)
Blend until smooth and enjoy your nutritious and delicious smoothie!
The ingredients can be fresh or frozen if frozen add last. This smoothie is enough for 1 serving, double the recipe if you are sharing with another person. You can remove herbs you don't like or have and add whatever herbs you have on hand or prefer. If you would like a little sweeter add a little honey.
