Cold season is here and it seems I keep getting bouts of not feeling well that last about a day, but clears up. Today, Iāve been feeling something in my throat like mucus and my throat has been a little sore today. Iāve been drinking plenty of this tea and it always makes me feel better. The ingredients for this tea changes based on what I feel like using and what I have on hand. Sometimes it could just be Honey and lemon, but most times I add some herbs to it. I also add fresh ginger root if I have some. I use fresh and dried herbs together or separate just depends on what I have available.
