✨🌿🍋💫The Detox is a weekly gathering that happens every Friday at 7:00pm. We create a safe, comfortable and fun space to release the toxins from our beings. Physically, we remove the toxins by drinking herbal tea and/or cleansing water. Mentally, we release the mind by connecting with the breathe. Spiritually, we rejuvenate the spirit by having circle time to recap our week and gain insight. Emotionally, we reset the emotions by delving into self development topics.
