Stop the confusion & uncertainty and join us for a Clarity Walk instead.

This is a free weekly workshop that will help you gain the clarity you need to move forward with confidence and surety.  We will begin our journey with breath work & light stretching. As we walk, we will spend time in silence contemplating on one question and being intune with nature.

Along our walk, we will practice guided meditation. After the walk, we will  journal, and then have open discussions on what came up as well as answer any questions you may have. Before concluding our journey, we will let you know how we can assist you further.
